Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ledger Integration Platform at ledgrivo.com ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Services

Ledgrivo offers system integration services, including setup, configuration, data mapping, and ongoing support. All scheduling and resource allocation are confirmed upon registration.

3. Digital Content

Ledgrivo provides digital materials such as guides, manuals, and training videos ("Digital Content") delivered via download links. Access begins upon purchase confirmation.

4. Products

Ledgrivo may offer physical products related to system operation and maintenance. These will be shipped to the address you provide.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date are eligible for a credit equal to the paid amount. This credit may be applied to reschedule the service within 12 months. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior, no credit is available, due to resource planning and reservation of personnel.

5.2 Digital Content

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the Digital Content. Refunds are processed through the original payment channel within 10 business days.

5.3 Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ship the item back in its original packaging. Upon inspection, Ledgrivo will issue a refund through the original payment channel within 15 business days, or ship a replacement upon request. Items damaged due to mishandling are not eligible.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Certain services or Digital Content that involve custom work or immediate access are non-refundable. This applies to one-off consulting sessions confirmed less than 48 hours before start or personalized custom development, due to allocation of specialized personnel and materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ledgrivo is not liable for indirect or special events. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid in the prior 6 months for the specific service.
